Shipping and Handling

Updated Shipping Policies (12/14/2021)

We ship orders in 2-3 days and work very hard to ensure that you receive your order in a timely fashion.

 

Canada Post has some updated policies that we want to make sure that you are aware of.  They are as follows:

 

If the package cannot be delivered it will go to the closest post office to the delivery destination.  If YOU do not collect the package within 14 DAYS Canada Post will then destroy the package. 

 

We supply all orders with a Canada Post Tracking number, so that you may track the package and if a shipping exception were to occur, you can go directly to Canada Post to sort out the whereabouts of your package.

 

 

We are excited to announce free Canada wide shipping on all orders over $125.00

In most cases, Crio Canada ships all orders by the next business day.

The shipping value will be calculated during the checkout process using live quotes from Canada Post. Based on your location and Canada Post's service, one or several of the shipping methods may be available upon checkout:

  • Regular
  • Expedited
  • Xpresspost
  • Priority Courier
